Custom orders cannot be changed after 24 hours and are non-refundable unless defective. Full payment is required before shipping; we do not guarantee post-dated cheque (PDC) clearances. Free global shipping is offered, and delivery typically takes 7–21 business days; we are not responsible for courier or customs delays.
Returns are accepted only for damaged items reported within 7 days and returned unused in original packaging.
