Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom-made rugs are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Refunds are not issued for slight variations in color, size, or design due to the handmade nature of our products.
How to Request a Refund

Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a clear reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your case and respond within 3-5 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and we receive the item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
In case of a damaged or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be covered by Aryan Art Rugs.
For other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
