    • Refunds are only applicable for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  2. Non-Refundable Items

    • Custom-made rugs are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

    • Refunds are not issued for slight variations in color, size, or design due to the handmade nature of our products.

  3. How to Request a Refund

    • Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a clear reason for the refund request.

    • Our team will review your case and respond within 3-5 business days.

  4. Refund Process

    • Once your return is approved and we receive the item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

    • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

  5. Shipping Costs

    • In case of a damaged or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be covered by Aryan Art Rugs.

    • For other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
